Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing product listings, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, conducting competitor research, and implementing campaigns to drive sales on the Amazon platform. The specialist will handle pricing strategies, inventory management, and customer reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained growth.

Are you passionate about Amazon Ads, performance marketing, and data-driven growth? We’re looking for an Amazon Marketplace Specialist who can take ownership of advertising strategy, optimize campaigns, and drive scalable revenue growth on Amazon.in.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon Display (Banner) Ads and Search Ads (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands).
- Own AMS campaign performance, including ACOS, ROI, bids, budgets, and optimization.
- Define end-to-end Amazon marketplace strategy covering listings, advertising, and revenue growth.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, targeting, negative keyword management, and bid optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with competition benchmarking and industry standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Amazon Ads terminology, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Monitor and optimize on-page and off-page SEO to improve visibility and conversion.
- Engage with advertisers to understand business goals and proactively suggest new growth opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls and direct meetings with advertisers using structured discussion agendas.
- Create and manage advertising budgets and implement business plans to increase sales.
- Analyze account performance against KPIs and recommend actionable optimization strategies.
- Study query trends and build keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
- Present Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, including sale-period performance insights.
- Share detailed campaign insights through regular reports to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with Category, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve performance roadblocks.
