Role: Assistant Manager-Admissions
Location: Powai, Mumbai, India (On-Site and only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered)
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and forward-looking candidate for our Admissions team. The role will focus on planning, organizing, coordinating and execution of course admission activities.

Job description:
- Manage the complete admissions cycle—from lead nurturing to final enrollment
- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, webinars, and in-person interactions
- Counsel applicants on program offerings, eligibility, career outcomes, and value proposition
- Coordinate admission events, including open days, webinars, and campus visits
- Evaluate applications and support the selection process in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data and reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline performance
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion strategies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, and partners
Qualifications:
- University Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with college and university programs, majors, admissions requirements and processes, and scholarship and financial aid resources.
- Preferably with experience in Outbound calling.
- Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
- Experience working with lead management and CRM tools.
- Experience in College Admissions may be preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
