Job Purpose
As an Academic Outreach Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our existing outreach team by identifying, developing, and nurturing strong business relationships with both new and existing accounts. This role will primarily involve connecting with a targeted database of leads via phone calls (not cold calling) to generate interest, provide information, and convert those conversations into potential leads. You will act as a bridge between interested prospects and the core outreach team, contributing to the overall growth of Tutela Education.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads from the existing database to introduce Tutela’s services and offerings.
Engage with prospective students, parents, and school counselors to understand their needs and share relevant program information.
Assist the outreach team in maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing academic partners and institutions.
Identify warm leads and convert initial interest into scheduled meetings or active leads for the business team.
Keep track of call outcomes, lead status, and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools.
Provide academic information related to SAT, ACT, AP, IG, and IGCSE as required during interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication flow and timely lead handovers.
Support in organizing webinars, info sessions, and outreach events when needed.
