Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Administration, located in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The Assistant Manager Administration will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office facilities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include supporting facility management, supervising staff, organizing and monitoring administrative processes and resources, and handling tasks related to compliance, procurement, and vendor management. The candidate will contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing office operations, monitoring resources, and ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Experience in facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for supervising staff and fostering effective workplace collaboration.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle compliance and operational challenges efficiently.
- Proficient in using office software, project management tools, and other administrative systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative or managerial roles, preferably in a technology or supply chain-driven industry.
