Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Administration located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager Administration will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, manage office supplies and facilities, coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and assist in planning and implementing administrative processes. Additionally, the role involves supervising support staff, maintaining administrative records, and resolving office-related issues to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in facilities management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving office-related challenges
- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the administrative domain
- Leadership and team management capabilities to supervise support staff effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in administrative management roles is highly desirable
