We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, along with proven team handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Review accounting entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor logistics-related expenses, vendor settlements, and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry will be preferred.
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
