Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage and streamline our core financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable functions
- Ensure timely vendor payments with proper verification and documentation
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis
- Support monthly and year-end book closures
- Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure timely GST, TDS filings, and compliance with statutory regulations
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and oversee treasury operations
- Track loan repayments and financial obligations
- Verify contracts and agreements before processing payments (including related parties)
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness
Eligibility Criteria
- CA (Chartered Accountant) with 2–4 years of relevant experience
- OR
- Inter CA with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
