Job details:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, Ageing Reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and GST audits
- Monitor store-wise sales, expenses, and inventory accounting
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and POS transactions
- Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely payments
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting support, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of Costing
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Retail accounting and inventory management experience
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
