Role Description
The Assistant Manager - Accounts and Admin will oversee daily financial operations, manage internal accounting processes, and support administrative functions. Responsibilities include handling budgets, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and assisting with controllership functions. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
- Proficiency in controllership functions, including auditing and financial oversight
- Experience in financial management, including cash flow and budgeting
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software tools and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
