Hiring Requirement: Finance & Accounts

Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified finance professional to support and manage core finance, accounting, compliance and treasury activities. The role requires a strong accounting foundation, analytical mindset and ability to independently drive financial closure and reporting processes while working closely with senior finance leadership.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Day-to-day accounting and financial control
- Monthly book closure, trial balance review and financial statement preparation
- Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow reporting
- Analytical review of revenues, expenses, accruals and financial movements
- Vendor management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Receivables management and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
- GST, TDS and related compliance activities
- Coordination and handling of statutory, internal and tax audits
- Treasury support including cash flow management, banking relationships, investments, FDs and fund deployment
- Coordination with payroll, CS and other external advisors
- Team management and stakeholder coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong accounting, reporting and controllership experience
- Hands-on exposure to audit, taxation and compliance matters
- Experience in monthly financial closure and preparation of financial statements
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good understanding of banking and treasury operations
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
- Exposure to process improvements and finance automation initiatives
- Familiarity with Gen AI tools will be an added advantage
Preferred Industry Exposure: BFSI, Insurance or Service industry background preferred, though not mandatory.
Other Requirements: Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred (negotiable for suitable candidates).
