Medhavi Skills University (MSU), established through The Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act 2021, is a forward-thinking institution based in Sikkim. Role Description:

 To ensure high-quality academic assessments, accurate certification, regulatory compliance, and seamless credit management for work-integrated academic programs at Medhavi Skills University. 


Key Deliverables:

• Develop and maintain assessment matrices aligned with curricula and learning outcomes

• Conduct assessment orientation sessions for faculty, assessors, evaluators, and stakeholders prior to rollout

• Coordinate with:

➢ Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

➢ Faculty & Evaluators

➢ Assessment Agencies

➢ Content & Platform Vendors

• Oversee smooth delivery of academic assessments across programs

• Review assessments on designated assessment platforms for quality and compliance

• Analyze assessment data and prepare result reports, dashboards, and academic insights

• Monitor and evaluate performance of assessment agencies and vendors

• Upload, manage, and maintain assessment and certification data on:

➢ Learning Management Systems (LMS)

➢ University Management Systems (UMS)

• Prepare and issue certificates through multiple certification platforms

• Upload academic credits and maintain student records on the National Academic Depository (NAD)

• Handle assessment-related queries, escalations, and resolutions efficiently

• Continuously review assessment processes and recommend process improvements

• Support creation of:

Assessment guidelines

SOPs

Quality frameworks


Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and academic data handling

• 2-6 years of experience in academic assessment divisions of Indian Universities or higher education institutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for multi-stakeholder coordination
