Job Description:
ARM Renewables is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Tendering to independently handle end-to-end tendering activities. The candidate should have strong experience in GeM portal handling, government/private tender submissions, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals
• Handle complete tender documentation and bid submission process
• Manage GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and other tender portals
• Prepare technical documents, BOQ, compliance documents, and EMD-related paperwork
• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and required documentation
• Ensure timely submission of bids and tender follow-ups
• Understand eligibility criteria and prepare tender responses accordingly
• Maintain records of submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders
• Support management in tender planning and execution activities
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in handling GeM and other tender portals
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end tendering activities
• Good knowledge of government and private tender processes
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Preferred Background:
• Candidates from renewables, EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates based in Gurugram or nearby locations preferred
