Hiring: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Technical Advisory & Risk Monitoring
Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR)
Experience Required: 3-6 Years
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineering professional for a client-facing role focused on
technical advisory, project monitoring, and risk assessment across residential and fit-out construction projects.
This position requires
end-to-end project ownership, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to deliver structured reports while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have experience in IPC / PMC organizations only
- Hands-on experience in Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Strong exposure to Vendor Billing, Cost Control, and Budget Tracking
- Experience in Residential / Greenfield / Fit-out projects is required
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Advanced Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (report writing essential)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in Site Execution & Stakeholder Coordination is required
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress (baseline vs. actual) and highlight risks
- Review approvals, budgets, billing, and cost control mechanisms
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety
- Prepare and present detailed project reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Track project schedules, milestones, and critical activities
- Validate vendor billing, invoicing, and collections
- Lead project meetings, document MOMs, and track action items
- Identify design and execution challenges and recommend solutions
Preferred Skills
- Project scheduling and planning expertise
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Understanding of contracts and commercial aspects
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
Additional Details
- 5-day work week (office + site-based role)
- Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR
- Early joiners (≤30 days notice period) will be preferred
- Role involves periodic travel (reimbursable)
