Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for the hospitality industry and a knack for seamless HR operations? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the People Team for a leading global F&B brand in India.
This role is a unique blend of strategic talent acquisition and hands-on HR operations, ensuring we find the right talent to fuel expansion while maintaining a "People First" culture.
What You’ll Do1. Talent Acquisition & Expansion
- Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: From sourcing to offer negotiations, you will manage hiring for both restaurant and support roles.
- Support Expansion: Build robust talent pipelines to meet T-45/T-30 readiness for new location openings.
- Diverse Sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, networking, and local hiring drives to find top-tier talent.
- Interview & Assessment: Screen for skills, attitude, and cultural fit to ensure every hire aligns with brand values.
2. HR Operations & Onboarding
- Seamless Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction planning to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Data Management: Maintain the HRIS with accurate employee records, trackers, and recruitment metrics ($TAT$, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Payroll & Compliance: Administer attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with partners to ensure error-free salary cycles.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain documentation to ensure zero red flags during internal audits.
3. Culture & Engagement
- Culture Custodian: Act as a bridge between the People Team and the ground staff through regular site visits and query resolution.
- Retention Initiatives: Conduct stay and exit interviews, providing insights to the People Head to improve the employee experience.
4. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with recruitment, payroll, and compliance partners.
- Manage invoicing, POs, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth external operations.
Mandatory Criteria- Industry Experience: Background in Hospitality, QSR, Restaurants, or Retail is strictly required.
- Recruitment Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and high-volume hiring.
- Operational Skills: Proven experience in HR Operations (onboarding, payroll coordination, and documentation).
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and external vendors.
