Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment teams and drive end-to-end hiring delivery. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and the ability to manage performance, client relationships, and hiring outcomes at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to recruitment operations, stakeholder management, and revenue-focused delivery environments.


Key Responsibilities

Hiring Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business and client requirements
  • Identify talent market trends, competitor insights, and innovative sourcing approaches
  • Drive consistent hiring performance across high-volume and niche mandates

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and team leads
  • Define clear KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and quality metrics
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration

Recruitment Operations & Delivery Excellence

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring strong fill ratios and reduced turnaround time
  • Ensure quality of hire through structured screening and evaluation processes
  • Implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and business leaders
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery quality

Revenue & Business Impact

  • Drive revenue targets, margins, and profitability for the assigned team or vertical
  • Monitor performance metrics and improve productivity through structured planning
  • Contribute to scaling recruitment operations through process optimization


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience managing recruitment teams and handling complex hiring mandates
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, revenue models, and operational performance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Experience in technology hiring is an advantage
