Role Description
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes to meet organizational hiring needs. This includes collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The role is full-time, on-site, and based at the Niveshan Technologies office in Mohn estate.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting for diverse roles and organizational levels.
- Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and evaluating candidate suitability.
- Experience in Employer Branding to enhance organizational appeal to potential candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry-standard recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies.
- Master's in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in HR will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition roles, preferably within the technology or IT sector.
