Role Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in our Gurgaon office and involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the organization's talent needs, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to build effective hiring strategies. The Assistant Manager will also oversee employer branding efforts to attract high-caliber professionals to the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong skills in Hiring and Interviewing to evaluate and onboard the best candidates effectively.
- Expertise in Employer Branding for building strategies that showcase the organization's culture and values to prospective candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on achieving results.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
