Role Overview:
As Assistant Manager – Sales (M1), you will be responsible for driving early-stage customer acquisition, building structured sales processes, and contributing to NuHive’s revenue growth.
This is not a passive lead-following role.
We are looking for someone who can:
● Hunt
● Close
● Build repeatable systems
● Grow into a revenue leader
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition-
● Identify and target SMEs (20–150 employees)
● Convert organizations using spreadsheets or tools like Jira into NuHive customers
● Drive outbound outreach (calls, emails, in-person visits, LinkedIn)
Sales Funnel Management-
● Own the full sales cycle: Prospecting → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
● Maintain CRM discipline and weekly pipeline reviews
● Track metrics: conversion rates, sales cycle length, revenue targets
Product Demonstration & Value Selling-
● Deliver compelling product demos
● Position NuHive on:
- Cost savings (up to 50% vs legacy tools)
- AI-driven productivity
- Simplicity of implementation
● Handle objections confidently
Early Market Expansion-
● Actively engage companies in our CXOs network
● Conduct on-ground meetings and demo sessions
● Capture structured feedback for product team
Customer Success Support-
● Ensure smooth onboarding
● Follow up for testimonials and case studies
● Identify upsell opportunities
Performance Expectations (First 6 Months)
Month 1
- 100 outbound touches
- 25 meetings booked
- 10 demos delivered
- 3 pilot closures
By 90 Days
- 10–15 paying customers
- Minimum 25% demo-to-close ratio
- 3 strong testimonials secured
By 6 Months
- Predictable monthly revenue contribution
- Structured sales playbook documented
- Pipeline visibility for next 60 days
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Strong outbound prospecting capability
- Experience selling to CTOs / Founders / Operations Heads
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Comfortable with targets and accountability
- Familiarity with project management tools (bonus)
