Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Gurugram. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting targets, generating leads for real estate projects, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves market analysis, preparing reports, conducting presentations, and assisting in strategic planning to further the team’s success and growth.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management skills, including experience in sales targeting, client acquisition, and customer retention.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to perform market research and develop insights for growing sales and exploring opportunities.
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and team collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Experience with CRM tools and other sales software applications.
Strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
