Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager – Robotic Sales, located in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote KUKA’s automation solutions, identifying market opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting negotiations to close deals effectively. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer needs and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong technical knowledge of robotics, automation, and industrial solutions
- Proficiency in market research and analysis, including identifying business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Demonstrated project and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the automation or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional regional languages considered an advantage
