Department: Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Industry: Renewables & Environment
We’re looking for an R&D professional to support technology development, validation, and performance optimization for cell-to-pack and containerized BESS used in grid-scale energy storage. This role will contribute to product development, testing strategies, safety compliance readiness, and scale-up support, aligned with global standards.
Key Focus Areas:
BESS product and technology development
Cell, module, pack, and system-level testing & validation
Safety, reliability, and compliance alignment (UL / IEC / NFPA)
Design optimization, DFMEA, and technical documentation
Pilot builds, trials, and scale-up readiness support
Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and project teams
Experience:
6–10 years of experience in Li-ion batteries (EV/BESS), energy storage, or power electronics
Strong exposure to testing, validation, product development, and certification
Prior experience in R&D / Technology / Engineering roles preferred
