Job Description: Assistant Manager – Project Sales
Location : Jaipur
Reporting Structure - Regional Manager – Project Sales
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Project Sales specialist with extensive experience in the Group Housing and Builder segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project-based sales initiatives, cultivating strategic relationships with builders, and achieving defined strategic revenue objectives within designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue and Business Objectives
Achieve monthly targets for order booking, sales, and collection.
Drive business generation exclusively from group housing projects and builders.
2. Lead Generation and Market Coverage
Generate qualified leads through targeted site visits, strategic builder meetings, and focused field activities.
Maintain accurate Client Visit Reports (CVR) and ensure regular Management Information System (MIS) reporting compliance.
3. Pipeline Management
Develop and rigorously manage a robust project pipeline.
Actively track under-construction projects and ensure their conversion into confirmed business opportunities.
4. Stakeholder Management
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with architects, consultants, and key industry influencers.
Secure necessary product approvals and ensure specifications are included in project plans.
5. Product Approvals and Execution
Drive product acceptance through formal processes including sample submissions, mock-ups, and on-site demonstrations.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
6. Value-Based Selling
Aggressively promote premium and value-added products (VAP).
Maintain a strategic focus on improving overall business profitability and margins.
7. Business Development
Acquire new builders, developers, and institutional clients.
Execute market expansion strategies within the assigned territory.
8. Commercial Closure and Collections
Negotiate, finalize, and execute commercial deals effectively.
Ensure timely collection of payments in strict adherence to company commercial policies.
9. Market Intelligence
Continuously monitor competitor activities, pricing structures, and emerging market trends.
Provide actionable market insights to senior management to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 3–5+ years of demonstrable experience in Project Sales.
Industry Exposure: Strong exposure to Group Housing Builders / Construction Industry.
Relevant Background (Preferred):
WPC / Doors / Windows
Tiles / Drywall / Facade
