Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Production Planning & Control, based in Savli. The Assistant Manager will oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination to ensure optimized manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include managing production resources, ensuring timely delivery of production targets, coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Proficient in analyzing data and implementing production process improvements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience with production and inventory control software/tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations is desirable
