We are seeking a result-oriented Development Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience in product development, specifically in sheet metal and cold roll-formed components. The candidate will lead development activities and ensure robust validation through testing and mockups. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, practical design exposure, and effective project execution capability. He should be open to travelling across Pan India to visit vendors.
