Job Title: Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance to manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for production equipment and utilities in our automotive manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong knowledge in electrical systems, troubleshooting, TPM activities, and shopfloor maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, panels, sensors, and control circuits
- Ensure smooth operation and minimum downtime of equipment
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules and TPM activities
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine availability
- Monitor utility systems and electrical safety compliance
- Manage spare parts planning and inventory control
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in automotive manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience in handling shopfloor maintenance activities
- Familiarity with PLCs, drives, panels, and utility maintenance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities
Experience:
Relevant experience in Electrical Maintenance within manufacturing industry.
