Role Description
We are hiring a high-discipline, execution-focused Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and scale multi-outlet operations for The Studs Sports Bar & Grill.
This role requires a structured, process-oriented professional who respects systems, follows reporting hierarchies, and ensures strict SOP compliance across outlets and franchise partners.
The candidate must combine ownership mindset with operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-outlet & franchise operations
- Ensure strict SOP adherence (kitchen + service)
- Maintain discipline, reporting structure, and team accountability
- Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage, and margins
- Conduct audits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with franchise partners and enforce brand standards
- Train teams on process, hygiene, and service quality
- Maintain daily reporting and escalation protocols
Ideal Candidate
- Min 8- 10 years in F&B multi-outlet operations
- Strong discipline, structured thinking, and reporting clarity
- Experience in franchise or chain operations
- Good command over team control and SOP enforcement
- Calm, composed, and authority with professionalism
- Willing to travel across outlets
