Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Loss Prevention will be responsible for minimizing shrinkage, preventing theft and fraud, and ensuring strong loss prevention practices across EBO stores and warehouses. The role focuses on safeguarding company assets through audits, investigations, and process controls.
Key Responsibilities
Shrinkage Control
- Monitor inventory shrinkage across retail stores and warehouses.
- Identify patterns and root causes of losses.
- Implement strategies to reduce inventory loss.
Store Audits & Compliance
- Conduct periodic audits of stores and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention policies and security protocols.
Investigation & Risk Management
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, and operational discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies when required.
Security & Surveillance
- Monitor CCTV systems and security processes.
- Ensure proper use of security infrastructure across stores.
Training & Awareness
- Train store staff on loss prevention practices and SOPs.
- Build awareness about shrinkage control and inventory protection.
Reporting
- Prepare reports on loss trends, audit findings, and risk areas.
- Recommend corrective actions to management.
