Reports To: Sr. Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily B2B & D2C dispatches, transportation planning and shipment movement
• Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, warehouse, sales & accounts
• Monitor deliveries, NDRs, RTO, PODs and shipment tracking
• Manage freight costs, invoice reconciliation and logistics documentation
• Track TAT, OTIF, RTO & transporter/courier performance
• Identify bottlenecks and improve logistics efficiency & cost control
Must Have:
✅ 3–4 years relevant experience in B2B, D2C, Logistics / E-commerce
✅ Strong knowledge of transportation & courier management
✅ Experience in RTO handling, transporter coordination & freight reconciliation
✅ Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & coordination skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
CTC: ₹30K–40K Per month
