🚀 Hiring: Assistant Manager – LPM (Legal Operations Management)
📍 Location: Pune | ⏰ Flexible Shifts
👥 Lead and manage a team of 20–25 members (project exposure up to 50)
📑 Expertise in Contract Management & Financial Contract Management
📊 Oversee end-to-end operations ensuring SOP and governance adherence
✅ Drive service quality, compliance, audits, and SLA performance
📈 Perform RCA, reporting, and continuous process improvements
🤝 Manage client escalations and stakeholder communication effectively
🔐 Ensure risk, knowledge, and information security compliance
🎯 Drive team performance, appraisals, and SMART goal tracking
🎓 Qualification: Graduate/LLB | ✔ Strong team management experience
