Position: Assistant Manager – International & Domestic Business (Frozen Food – HoReCa)

Role Overview
Wardwizard Foods and Beverages Ltd is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – International & Domestic Business to support the expansion of our frozen food and HoReCa business across India and international markets.
The role involves assisting in developing distributor networks, strengthening HoReCa partnerships, exploring export opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth through effective execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Domestic Business Development
- Support the expansion of the domestic sales network for frozen food products across India
- Assist in appointing and managing distributors, super stockists, and channel partners
- Build and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies)
- Identify new markets and assist in expanding the company’s presence
- Achieve assigned sales targets for the domestic market
- Track competitor activity and market trends
2. HoReCa Channel Development
- Support onboarding of hotel chains, restaurant groups, cloud kitchens, and catering companies
- Conduct product presentations and sampling sessions
- Assist in securing supply agreements with HoReCa clients
- Drive institutional and bulk sales growth
3. International Business Development
- Assist in identifying export opportunities for frozen food products
- Coordinate with international distributors, importers, and partners
- Support pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Assist in participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions
4. Export Operations & Compliance
- Support export documentation and compliance processes
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely shipments
- Track international market trends and competitor insights
5. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Assist in executing sales strategies for domestic and international markets
- Identify new market segments and opportunities
- Support preparation of sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and campaigns
Key Skills Required
- Strong B2B and HoReCa sales exposure
- Knowledge of frozen food / food processing industry
- Basic understanding of export business and international trade
- Distributor and channel coordination skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Market analysis and reporting skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in food industry sales or business development
- Experience in HoReCa channel preferred
- Exposure to frozen food products is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of export sales will be beneficial
Preferred Industry Background
Candidates from frozen food, FMCG food brands, food processing companies, or HoReCa supply companies will be preferred.
