Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Insurance Operations, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities of the role include overseeing day-to-day insurance operations, managing client accounts, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency, resolve client queries promptly, and evaluate insurance products and services to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, including policy administration and claims processing
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client interactions and team coordination
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and insurance management software
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards within the insurance sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; industry certifications are a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
