Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional with strong exposure to HR Operations and Talent
Acquisition along with hands-on experience in using SAP SuccessFactors modules within a
structured corporate environment. The role requires managing employee lifecycle activities,
recruitment coordination, HR processes, stakeholder interactions, and HR systems operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding,
confirmations, transfers, performance cycles, exits, and employee records
management.
• Handle Talent Acquisition coordination activities including requirement gathering,
interview scheduling, offer rollout, onboarding coordination, recruitment tracking,
and vendor coordination.
• Hands-on usage of multiple modules within SAP SuccessFactors for HR operations,
employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, performance processes,
onboarding, and related HR activities.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data, HR records, documentation, and
HRIS updates.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, business stakeholders, payroll, finance, vendors, and
employees for smooth HR operations execution.
• Support performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives,
learning activities, and policy implementation.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and support audits/reviews as required.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, compliance standards, and operational
processes.
• Handle employee queries and support seamless employee experience across HR
touchpoints.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles with exposure to
Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on working experience in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory.
• Exposure to modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management,
Onboarding, Recruitment, Learning, or related HR workflows preferred.
• Experience working in corporate, MNC, shared services, or structured organizational
environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and
recruitment coordination.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting
