Role Description
We are looking for a process-oriented professional to manage centralized housekeeping hiring, SOP development, training coordination, and operational standardization across multiple properties. The role requires someone who can streamline housekeeping operations, maintain quality standards, and support smooth property launches and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end housekeeping hiring across properties
- Create and implement housekeeping SOPs and operational standards
- Conduct training and quality audits for housekeeping teams
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and property teams
- Track housekeeping KPIs and ensure operational efficiency
Preferred Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping/hospitality operations
- Strong understanding of SOPs, audits, and process management
- Excellent coordination and team management skills
- Hotel Management/Hospitality background preferred
