We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven Assistant Manager – Fundraising & Partnerships to support and scale our fundraising efforts, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen Avatara’s impact ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a passion for social impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities from CSR, foundations, and individual donors
- Assist in developing compelling proposals, pitch decks, and grant applications
- Support donor engagement, reporting, and retention strategies
Partnership Development
- Build and manage partnerships with corporates, government bodies, NGOs, and institutions
- Identify collaboration opportunities aligned with Avatara’s initiatives (AI skilling, employability, wellness, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership programs
Strategy & Outreach
- Contribute to fundraising strategy and annual planning
- Represent Avatara Foundation in meetings, events, and forums
- Support brand building and visibility initiatives
Eligibility & Skills- 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or business development (non-profit or social sector preferred)
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationships
- Self-driven, organized, and aligned with social impact values
- Familiarity with CSR frameworks and grant processes is a plus
