🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (D2C)
📍 Gurgaon | 💼 Full-Time 💰 ₹8–10 LPA

We are looking for a Finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, and compliance while supporting business decision-making.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations
• Ensure timely book closure and accuracy of financial records
• Handle statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Payroll)
• Support internal and external audits
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and reporting
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Mandatory: Experience in a D2C business environment
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and reconciliations
• Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and compliance
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
