Assistant Manager – Exhibition & Conference Sales / Business Development
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi (Work from Office)
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving exhibitor acquisition and managing key accounts for our exhibitions and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through exhibition booth and sponsorship sales
- Manage key exhibitor relationships and strategic accounts
- Identify and onboard companies from power, utilities, energy, oil & gas sectors
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct client meetings and visit prospective exhibitors to present exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support team targets
- Represent the company at industry meetings and networking events
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years' experience in event sales, exhibition sales, media sales, or B2B sales
- Experience selling to industrial sectors (energy / infrastructure / engineering / manufacturing) preferred
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in fast-paced target driven environments
Preferred Education:- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
