BeNative Ventures (Tots & Moms) is looking for an Assistant Manager – Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Sales who can take ownership of driving revenue across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
This is a high-impact execution role for someone who understands digital commerce deeply and can actively scale sales — not just manage operations.
What You Will Own
• End-to-end management of marketplace channels: Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, BigBasket, Meesho, etc.
• Management of quick commerce platforms: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
• Driving revenue growth through pricing, visibility, and campaign strategies
• Planning and executing Amazon & Flipkart Ads (PPC)
• Optimizing product listings (SEO, keywords, content, images)
• Managing inventory across warehouses and quick commerce dark stores
• Ensuring strong product availability and visibility
• Running offers, deals, and growth campaigns
• Monitoring conversion rates, ROAS, and overall performance
• Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Competitor tracking and identifying growth opportunities
This Role is for Someone Who
• Is obsessed with growth and numbers
• Has hands-on experience in marketplaces + quick commerce
• Understands speed and execution in quick commerce
• Takes ownership and works with urgency
• Can independently execute and solve problems
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led setup
Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce/quick commerce
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce dashboards
• Experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Understanding of ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, AOV
• Experience managing inventory for high-velocity channels
• Strong analytical and execution skills

Compensation
- Upto 4 lakh CTC + Great Incentive on Growth
