Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – E-commerce will manage marketplace operations with a primary focus on Amazon and Flipkart, along with exposure to Quick Commerce platforms. The role involves handling returns, claims, account health, compliance, and team coordination to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Operations (Amazon & Flipkart)
- Manage end-to-end operations on Seller Central & Seller Hub
- Monitor returns, claims, and dispute management
- Handle POA submissions and account suspensions
- Manage FBA removals, warehouse reconciliation, and LSP issues
2. Account Health & Compliance
- Track ODR, LDR, seller ratings, and return rates
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Monitor account notifications and handle Brand Registry cases
3. Quick Commerce (Preferred)
- Manage operations on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart
- Coordinate inventory, fill rates, and issue resolution
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Analyze sales, returns, and claims
- Maintain accurate reconciliation and compliance records
Experience Required
- 3–5+ years managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplace operations (mandatory)
- Experience in claims, returns, POA, and reconciliation
- Quick Commerce exposure preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central & Seller Hub
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
