We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join our team and drive impactful 360° marketing initiatives (Digital + ATL + BTL).
💼 Experience: 4 years
🔹 What you’ll do:
- Lead and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads)
- Drive performance marketing and improve ROI
- Plan and support ATL campaigns (print, radio, outdoor)
- Execute BTL activities (events, activations, partnerships)
- Ensure seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts
- Analyze performance and generate actionable insights
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in digital marketing, with exposure to ATL & BTL initiatives
- Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Ability to plan, create, and manage engaging social media content and campaigns
- A creative thinker with strong analytical and execution skills
