Assistant Manager – Sales
Location: Thrissur or Calicut
Function: Digital Ad Sales
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Digital Content & Ad Sales (Online Media Sales)
• Strong career roots in North Kerala markets
• Excellent contacts with digital media agencies, media buyers, and direct advertisers
• Strong content ideation and storytelling skills for brand-led solutions
• Experience in closing branded content campaigns and sponsorship deals
• Experience in combo deals (Digital + TV) and content syndication deals
• Ability to drive brand integrations in video content and exclusive sponsorship sales
• Proficient in analysing market trends and identifying business opportunities
• Provide inputs for sales strategy and business development initiatives
• Aggressively chase monthly and annual sales targets
• Identify, research, and target new business prospects to increase market share
• Proactively manage sales pipeline independently based on revenue targets
• Drive new client acquisition across agencies and direct brands
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and agencies
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Effective communication with good managerial and stakeholder handling abilities
