• Demonstrate Commitment in being change agent at the Gemba level
• Apply Structured Problem-Solving techniques/methods to resolve problems permanently
• Highly Data driven and analytical skills
• Should enable strong Employee Engagement through structured programs and approaches
• Lead and Facilitate Breakthrough Kaizen events with significant tangible Impacts/Results
• Implementation of Standard work by following 8 steps
• Product Selection
• Takt & Target CT calculation
• Capacity validation
• Define Current state – Time observation & SWCS
• Define To be standard – Future state SWCS
• Confirm Optimized SWCS – SOP/SOS
• Implement Standard work – SOP/SOS
• Sustain, Review & CI standard work
• Implementation of Training Within Industry
• Job Instruction
• Job Methods
• Jon Relations
• Should apply VSM & TPI methods in improving the Operational/Transactional performance
• Should apply PULL system techniques to improve the Lead time of the Value Streams
• Training, Coaching & Mentoring Operators/SMLT Leaders/ White collar employees/VS leaders/CFT
• Challenge the Value Stream Managers for optimization of Performance
• DMAIC/Six Sigma/Statistics tools
• Apply DMAIC/Six Sigma Tools to reduce the Variations
