Role Description
This full-time, on-site Assistant Manager – Compliance & Audit role is based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The role involves overseeing and implementing compliance programs and conducting audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing organizational processes, ensuring regulatory documentation is up-to-date, identifying potential compliance risks, and working closely with internal teams to address any gaps. The assistant manager will also support internal and external audits, maintain certifications, and develop procedures for continuous improvement in compliance and quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Compliance Management, Risk Assessment, and Quality Assurance.
- Proficiency in Audit Processes, Documentation Review, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Standards and Certifications in food safety or related industries.
- Excellent Organizational, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in Quality Assurance, Audit, or Risk Management are advantageous.
- Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG sector is preferred.
