Role Description
We are seeking a high-energy, analytical, and adaptable Business Excellence Advisor to join our team. This role is designed for a process-improvement enthusiast who thrives in ambiguity and is eager to build structures where none exist. You will be responsible for identifying operational bottlenecks, deploying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and managing a portfolio of diverse projects simultaneously.
As a catalyst for change, you will travel to various sites to audit, analyze, and optimize our workflows, ensuring that our "Business Excellence" goals translate into tangible bottom-line results.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Architecture: Design and implement robust processes from scratch in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
- Project Management: Lead and track multiple high-impact projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.
- Lean Six Sigma Deployment: Use DMAIC/Lean tools to reduce wastage, improve turnaround times (TAT), and enhance service quality.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads (particularly in Finance and Operations) to align process improvements with business objectives.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular process audits and "health checks" across different business units.
- Change Management: Act as a mentor and trainer to build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Education:
- Years of Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in Business Excellence, Quality Assurance, or Process Transformation.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Hospitality or Finance is strongly preferred (understanding of high-volume transactions or guest-centric service cycles).
- Certification: * Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Highly Preferred).
- Certified Green Belt (Minimum requirement, with a proven track record of closed projects).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Statistics or related field
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
- The "Unstructured" Mindset: Ability to create clarity out of chaos. You should be comfortable with shifting priorities and evolving project scopes.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to manage at least 3-4 distinct projects at different stages of the lifecycle.
- Mobility: High openness to travel (up to [Insert %] of the time) to visit regional offices or hospitality sites.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
