Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and strengthen alumni engagement initiatives. The role involves handling alumni databases, organizing events, and building strong relationships with alumni and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain alumni database, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
- Handle CRM systems, MIS reporting, and data analysis
- Plan and execute alumni events, webinars, and engagement activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Manage digital outreach through social media and email campaigns
- Develop newsletters, communication content, and alumni branding initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni and corporate partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management / Commerce / IT / Communications or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM or relevant) preferred
- Certifications in Data Analytics / Digital Marketing / CRM tools are a plus
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Alumni Relations / Data Management / Event Coordination / Engagement roles
- Experience in CRM tools, database handling, and event management preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) & Google Sheets
- Data management and reporting skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Social media handling and content creation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
