Assistant Manager – Accounts & Taxation
About the RoleParampara Ayurved is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and highly professional Assistant Manager – Accounts & Taxation to manage the organization’s accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Important Note: Please Read Carefully- This is a Work from Office Role: 10 - 8 PM 6 Days a Week.
- You will initially be on Probation for a period of Six (6) Months. Other Company Benefits Apply Post that.
- Office Location: Shibpur, Howrah (Work from Office)
- Compensation: Upto INR 50,000 per Month.
- If Shortlisted - You will have to come down to Office Location for a Face 2 Face Interview.
- Candidates from Howrah and Nearby localities in Kolkata are preferred.
Experience Required:
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation & Compliance
• Candidates from CA Firms / Chartered Accountancy Industry preferred
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime /ERP
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Statutory Compliance
• Experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts
• Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI and other statutory compliances
• Preparation, review and filing of statutory returns
• Finalization of accounts and financial reporting
• Reconciliation of books of accounts and statutory records
• Liaison with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Support management with financial and compliance-related reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a CA Firm will be an added advantage
