Own end-to-end recruitment ? workforce planning, JD creation, sourcing (especially skilled labour, site engineers, and project teams), interviewing, and onboarding. Manage end-to-end payroll processing ? attendance, salary computation, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT), and timely disbursement. Drive employee life cycle: confirmations, transfers, promotions, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements. Ensure statutory compliance ? Labour Law, Contract Labour Act, Building & Construction Workers Act, and all applicable regulations. Handle employee relations ? grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive, compliant work environment across sites and offices. Maintain accurate HR MIS, personnel records, and generate insightful reports for management decision-making. Coordinate training & development programs ? inductions, safety training, skill upgrades, and performance review cycles. Liaise with contractors and vendors for contract labour management, verification, and compliance documentation.
