Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC) is a recognised Awarding Body of National Council for Vocational Education & Training (NCVET) under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). B&WSSC’s aim is to focus on establishing an effective and efficient ecosystem for developing and imparting skills in the Beauty and Wellness industry through relevant content & curriculum, courses, information database, delivery systems and standardization of the accreditation and certification process and to enhance the employability of the Indian workforce globally.

About the Role
The Assistant Manager – CSR Partnerships & Placements will primarily handle CSR projects. The role involves identifying and engaging with Corporates, PSUs, and other CSR organizations for CSR funding, drafting impactful project proposals, and ensuring effective implementation of approved projects at the field level.
In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for facilitating placement opportunities for trained candidates by building and maintaining employer linkages across the beauty and wellness sector. This will require close coordination with internal teams, training partners, employers and other stakeholders to ensure placement of trained candidates is achieved.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Fundraising
1) Identify potential CSR leads including corporates, PSUs and other CSR implementing agencies.
2) Knows how to make proposals aligned with partner’s requirements.
3) Generate leads and actively support the conversion process.
4) Build and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders.
5) Ensure timely execution of the project.
Placement Coordination
1) Reach out to employers in this industry including salons, wellness centers, retail chains etc. for placement tie-ups and ensure facilitation of placement of candidates trained under all projects.
2) Coordinate interviews, job drives, and placement activities for trained candidates.
3) Maintain a database of employers and track job openings.
4) Work closely with training partners to ensure that they are providing job opportunities to the trained participants
5) Timely upload of placement data on the prescribed portals.
6) Track candidate placements, retention, and feedback from employers.
Qualifications & Experience
1) Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
2) 2–4 years of relevant experience with prior experience in CSR fundraising/business development is mandatory.

4) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
