Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Working Days : Monday to Friday ( 9:30am to 6:30pm ) - Onsite & Saturday - WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistics operations (inbound & outbound shipments).
- Coordinate with logistics partners and drive vendor performance.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor shipment lifecycle, reconcile open shipments, and ensure closures.
- Track KPIs (TAT, delivery performance, quality) and maintain dashboards.
- Oversee NDR management and returns/reverse logistics.
- Ensure accurate order uploads and real-time system updates.
- Plan deliveries, optimize routing, and improve shipping efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews with courier partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze exceptions/outliers and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and validate logistics billing for payments.
- Drive process improvements and support team development.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3–6 years of logistics experience (e-commerce preferred).
- Strong knowledge of transportation, PAN India logistics, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory) & PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in vendor management, SLA/TAT tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
