🚨 We’re Hiring | Logistics Assistant Manager – FMCG Sector 🚨
Empire Spices & Foods Ltd. (Ram Bandhu) is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Logistics Assistant Manager to join our growing team!
📍 Location: Talegaon
🏭 Industry: FMCG
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and sales teams for smooth supply chain flow
- Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery timelines
- Handle vendor management and negotiate with transporters
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
🔹 Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of logistics & supply chain management
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Excel
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
🎯 Experience: 5–8 years (preferred in FMCG)
