CoUP Design Practice is a multidisciplinary boutique design firm established in 2014 by Prachi Rastogi, a Landscape Architect. Based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, the firm specializes in creating innovative and sustainable designs, transforming ideas into functional, everyday spaces. CoUP offers comprehensive services, including Landscape Architecture, Master Planning, Site Planning, and Open Space Design across a variety of projects such as residential housing, parks, resorts and health care centers. From design to material selection and construction, CoUP ensures detailed attention to every stage of project execution.
As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated and creative Asistant / Jr Landscape Architect to join our studio.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Landscape Architect, based in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include supporting the creation and execution of landscape design plans, assisting in landscape architecture projects, preparing detailed darwings, and coordinating with clients and project teams. The role also involves research, site analysis, and project-based coordination to ensure sustainable and functional design outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work closely with principal architects, build real-world skills, and grow in a highly collaborative design environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to design development and concept development
- Create 3D visualizations and renders using Lumion, SketchUp, etc.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD and construction drawings
- Participate in stakeholder interactions and design presentations
- Support stakeholder coordination
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture (0 to 1 years experience, fresh grads welcome!)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D tools
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design thinking
- Self-motivated, organized, and open to learning across disciplines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
